Return Policy


We value all of our customers and we want you to be confident in your purchase. As a result, we make it extremely easy for you to return any product.

When you receive your order, please be sure to inspect all products for damage or discrepancies. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply call 877-573-7173, return your product and receive a refund or a replacement item.


“Tru Satisfaction” is what TruPrep wants for you. That’s why all merchandise in re-salable condition may be returned for a refund within 90 days of delivery when accompanied by your receipt. If used and found defective, we will exchange or repair within one year of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your sales receipt and invoice. After one year if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.

When you return merchandise to, carefully wrap the items and mail them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Return shipping charges must be prepaid on all parcels. C.O.D. returns will be refused. Please enclose the return form on the reverse side of your invoice or a letter explaining the reason for the return, including the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair. We will return ship via standard overland delivery service. will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise.

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by check or money order will be issues a refund check sent under separate cover.


Exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card. The replacement item will then be rebilled.
